Please note that this policy may change at any time, and all changes will be effective when we post them on the Taste 222 website. If you use the website after changes have been posted, you agree to be bound by those changes.
We accept several methods of payment to accommodate your needs which include American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club.
You should receive a confirmation email after completing your purchase, which will contain a confirmation number. This email will be sent to the email address you provided during your transaction. If you cannot find your confirmation email in your mailbox, check your junk folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, please contact us via email at email@example.com since TASTE 222 will have no way of knowing whether or not your order has been placed or whether you received a confirmation email. TASTE 222 is not responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) due to unsuccessful confirmation notification.
To gain admission to the event, please bring a copy of the confirmation email with you or have it available on your smartphone. Should you forget to bring the confirmation email, we will require identifying information to confirm your purchase.
Right to Eject or Refuse Admission
Taste 222 has the right to eject, or refuse admission to, any person that its management regards as disorderly or a security risk, or who uses vulgar or abusive language. In the event a determination is made to eject or refuse admission to any person, such person is not entitled to a refund of any amounts paid.
Service Fees and Order Processing Fees
Tickets purchased via the TASTE 222 website are subject to a per ticket service fee and a per order processing fee.
Refunds are available if your event is canceled or rescheduled.
If you ordered your tickets online, we have you covered! No additional action is needed, and you won't need to reach out to us.

2. Your refund is automatically delivered to the same card used for purchase
3. Refunds should be received within 7-10 business days after the event has been canceled
When events are rescheduled, you have the option to attend the event on the new date, or request a refund.
You will be notified that the event will be rescheduled.
Unless notified otherwise, your tickets will be valid for the new event date.
If you are unable to make the new event date, you must notify TASTE222 to request a refund, which you will receive within 7-10 business days. Please send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details.

Unauthorized recording (i.e. audio and/or video) of all, or part, of any Taste 222 event without the express written consent of Taste 222 is strictly prohibited.

Taste 222 events are public, with no expectation of privacy. As a result, your attendance at any Taste 222 event implies your consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded for use on Taste 222’s website and/or within its social media presence.
Limitation of Liability
By attending an event, you (a) agree that you are voluntarily assuming any and all risks related to the event, in each case whether occurring before, during or after the event, and (b) waive any and all claims for loss or damage, including by way of example, personal property, personal injury or death, against us and all of our officers, agents, owners, affiliated entities and employees.
