Spice it up Louisiana-style at Taste 222! A Taste of Mardi Gras kicks off on Fat Tuesday, March 5 with live music at 7 PM by Brother John Kattke and The All-Star Band. That evening, our menu will exclusively feature Cajun/Creole food and drink favorites in celebration of Mardi Gras! Chef Jonathan Trubow will showcase his Southern cooking mastery with delicious dishes such as fried okra, hush puppies, crawfish étouffée, shrimp gumbo, Louisiana red fish, and oyster and shrimp po’ boys… just to name a few. And save room for irresistible desserts straight from the French Quarter – Bananas Foster, Beignets, and King Cake.
