SEAFOOD AND RAW BAR

jumbo Atlantic white shrimp, Blue Point oysters (East Coast), Kumamoto oysters (West Coast), Cherrystone clams, lobster cocktail, Jonah crab claws, blackened Ahi tuna sashimi

Served with a selection of dipping sauces and garnishes

 

CHEF PASTA STATION

pasta selection: cavatappi, bucatini, and fettuccini pastas

sauce selection: mac & cheese, winter squash ragu, and alfredo

sautéed to order with an array of toppings, cheeses, and garnishes

 

BROWN DERBY COBB SALAD STATION

romaine, iceberg, and Bibb lettuces accompanied by vine ripe tomatoes, artisanal blue cheese, crisp scallions, cage free hard-boiled eggs, applewood smoked bacon, grilled Amish chicken breast, peppercorn ranch, and creamy garlic vinaigrette

 

CHARCUTERIE

pistachio-crusted New Zealand lamb chops, imported prosciutto, Milano salami, Tasso ham, goose liver pate, smoked duck breast

served with an assortment of table biscuits, jams, dried fruits, and artisanal cheeses
